ARTILLERY, ENGINEERING AND COMMUNICATION FORCES MUSEUM

Displaying an enormous collection of arms and heavy artillery from the Middle Ages to the present day, the Artillery, Engineers and Signal Corps Museum is located just across a narrow canal from the Peter and Paul Fortress. There's a rather cool exhibition of military hardware in the courtyard, while inside is a rather old-fashioned collection of military memorabilia, temporary exhibitions, etc.
