VISA REGISTRATION OFFICES IN ST. PETERSBURGIf you stay with a friend or in a rented apartment you should register your visa with the Visa Registration Office (OVIR) of the district, where the apartment is located. To find which district you need see Orientation section or ask your local host. District offices are listed below. The Central Office handles those problems, which cannot be resolved by district offices. N.B.! Your visa has to be registered within three working days of your arrival.
